Terms of Service

The ground rules for working with us on Brazilian publisher outreach, guest posts, and related SEO services.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to https://link-building-brazil.com and paid services offered by Link Building Brazil (“we”, “us”). By submitting an enquiry, approving a sample list, or paying an invoice, you (“client”, “you”) agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. Services

We provide Brazilian market link acquisition services, which may include prospecting, outreach, Brazilian Portuguese editorial, guest post placement, reporting via shared sheets, and related consulting. Exact deliverables, volumes, metric floors, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal, email confirmation, or invoice description (the “Order”).

Sample publisher lists are illustrative of available inventory at the time of issue. Publisher acceptance is never guaranteed. Domains may drop off mid-campaign if an editor declines, a site changes policy, or our quality review fails a host after further inspection. We will replace from the approved pool or agree an adjustment with you.

2. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate criteria (niche, metrics, monthly volume, preferred anchors and URLs).
  • Approve or reject prospects in a timely manner so delivery can proceed.
  • Ensure target landing pages are indexable, stable, and appropriate for public mention.
  • Supply brand guidelines, compliance constraints, and required disclosures for regulated niches.
  • Pay invoices by the due date stated on each invoice.

3. Quality and exclusions

We hand-vet domains and aim to exclude thin sites, PBNs, and manipulated metrics. SEO outcomes (rankings, traffic, revenue) depend on many factors outside our control, including your site’s content, technical health, competitors, and search engine systems. We do not warrant specific ranking positions or traffic numbers.

4. Content and licences

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, articles we write for placement may be published on third-party sites under those publishers’ terms. You grant us a licence to use your trademarks and product facts as needed to pitch and write accurate copy. You confirm you have the rights to materials you supply. You must not instruct us to publish claims that are false, defamatory, or unlawful.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are as quoted in the Order. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid. Deposit or prepayment requirements, if any, will appear in the Order.

6. Refunds and replacements

Because outreach and editorial work begin after approval, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a live URL is removed within a replacement window stated in the Order (if any), we will attempt a replacement from the approved pool. Failure of a publisher to accept a pitch is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the Order, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of the receiving party.

8. Data protection

Personal data submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Client project data is processed to perform the contract and related legitimate interests such as quality control and invoicing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the services or the site. Our aggregate liability under an Order is limited to the fees you paid us for that Order in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Website use

You may not misuse the site (scraping at abusive volume, attempting unauthorized access, or planting malware). Content on the site is for general information and does not replace a signed Order.

11. Term and termination

Either party may stop a month-to-month engagement with written notice as stated in the Order (or 15 days if the Order is silent), subject to payment for work completed and placements already accepted by publishers. We may suspend work for material breach, including non-payment or unlawful instructions.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in São Paulo, SP, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to individuals.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply to new Orders and renewals after the updated date. Existing Orders keep the commercial terms already agreed unless both parties amend them in writing.
