Link Building Brazil

The desk

Careers

A São Paulo practice hiring people who will open the page. Outreach, Brazilian Portuguese editorial, and publisher research, not a quota factory.

We hire people who will open the page. Everything else is trainable.

Meet the people already doing the work on the team page. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Brasília time).

A named desk

Campaigns are planned, pitched, and reviewed by the people on the team page. You will not be a seat in a 200-person delivery centre.

Brasília hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Brasília time. Remote is possible when the work and the overlap are real. Email is the channel.

Quality over quota

We decline thin sites and PBNs in writing. If that filter frustrates you, this is the wrong desk.

Outreach

Outreach specialist

São Paulo, or remote on Brasília hours · Full-time

Apply

Write to named Brazilian editors in Brazilian Portuguese. The job is the pitch, the follow-up, and the judgment to stop when the page is wrong.

You will

  • Read the archive before you write. A pitch that could go to any site does not go out from this desk.
  • Contact publishers from the Brazilian file: thousands of conversations a month across the team, still written one editor at a time.
  • Keep a campaign honest: live URL, surrounding copy, destination, and whether the sentence needed the citation.
  • Work in Brazilian Portuguese with editors and in English with the people who hired us.

You bring

  • Native Brazilian Portuguese, and English that can hold a client thread without theatre.
  • A record of editorial outreach, digital PR, or publisher relations, not a history of blasting lists.
  • The patience to open a page and the nerve to decline it.
  • Comfort with a small desk. There is no ladder of titles to hide in.

Editorial

Editorial writer

São Paulo, or remote on Brasília hours · Full-time or contract

Apply

Guest articles and contributed pieces a Brazilian editor can run without wincing. Machine-translated English and European Portuguese are not the brief.

You will

  • Write in Brazilian Portuguese for the publication, not for a keyword sheet.
  • Take a source, a product, or an expert view and make it useful in the piece.
  • Work to Beatriz’s editorial standard: if the host would not publish it unsigned, it is not done.
  • Revise against the live neighbourhood. A finance desk and a parenting magazine are not the same Portuguese.

You bring

  • Native Brazilian Portuguese, with a journalism or long-form trade-press background.
  • English strong enough to take a brief and ask the right question back.
  • Clips we can open. A portfolio of SEO blogs with no byline is not a clip.
  • Editorial vanity: you would rather kill a sentence than let it ship ugly.

Publisher researcher

São Paulo, or remote on Brasília hours · Full-time

Apply

Keep 50,000+ Brazilian sites current: read archives, refresh metrics, and decide what still belongs in a client neighbourhood.

You will

  • Prospect and review Brazilian publishers across niches and regions.
  • Keep Ahrefs DR and traffic, Moz DA, and Majestic TF current, then still open the page.
  • Flag neighbourhoods that have gone bad: junk drawers, language mismatches, pages nobody would read.
  • Brief outreach with a short note on why a title is in scope, not a dump of domains.

You bring

  • Brazilian Portuguese and English. You will be reading both.
  • Experience in link prospecting, publisher research, or investigative SEO.
  • Comfort with Ahrefs, Moz, and Majestic as filing columns, not as the decision.
  • A bias toward fewer, better rows.

How hiring works

Four steps, no theatre.

  1. 01

You send the form with a role, city, work URL, and letter.

  2. 02

If there is a fit, we reply by email and schedule a short call.

  3. 03

We review a live writing or outreach sample relevant to the desk.

  4. 04

Offer and start date follow if both sides still want the work.

Do I need to live in São Paulo?

Not always. Remote works when you can keep Brasília-hour overlap with the desk. Some roles prefer Vila Madalena presence for editorial pairing.

What language do you hire for?

Brazilian Portuguese is non-negotiable for outreach and editorial. Client English must be clear. European Portuguese alone is not enough.

How do I apply?

Use the form on this page. Include a URL to work we can open. A CV without clips rarely helps.

Prefer email? Write to fabi@site-media.co.uk.

A letter, a URL to work we can open, and the role. You can also send your CV to fabi@site-media.co.uk. Do not attach a file here. If we need one, we will ask, or email it directly.
